We have to compare the two papers in order to write a summary that is about 1500 words long. The title of the two papers are Fried, Gerald 2000, Polemos and Heraclitus, in Heidegger's Polemos: From Being to Politics, Yale University Press. and Brighton, Shane 2013 War/Truth: Foucault, Heraclitus and the hoplite Homer Cambridge Review of International Affairs. Vol. 26, No, 4, 751-668.
All of these can be assumed and do not have to be read thoroughly unless (as it is very volume heavy). As long as you provide numerous citations from the texts I think it would be good.
