I was wondering if you can help me writing a summary about a paper.
Currently I have a course called: Web Services and Cloud-based Systems.
For this course I have to make a summary every week for 4 weeks long as Home work and will be counted as 20% of my final grade.
Below These are the requirements:
Guidelines to prepare for submitting the summary
The homework report for each paper should be one page and one page only.
The report should contain the following sections:
1 paragraph summarising the paper. The summary should contain all the important points discussed in the paper
Prominent strong and weak points about the paper: you should discuss briefly what you think are the strengths and weaknesses of the paper content, regardless of the way it is presented.
Improvement points: discuss possible shortcomings and weaknesses of the paper, propose ways to improve paper, both in content and presentation
Relevance: do you think the paper is still relevant? Argue.
Please check the attached documents. One is the PAPER you have to make de summary of and the other is the word document of last year AS EXAMPLE. Please use the same structure.
attached pdf file is article / paper.
attached word document is example summary of the previous year of the same article.
So you can check the structure but I assume you can make a better summary? :)
