This is an individual assessment that consists of a 1000-word (+/- 10%) reflection based on relevant academic literature.

To pass this assignment, you will need to engage with at least 4 ACADEMIC REFERENCES (PEER REVIEWED-The first article is provided - it's in the template for Question 1. You need to find 3 other articles, relating to the questions below. You have use scholarly academic readings (peer reviewed) as well as reliable government and non-government organisation sources (eg official reports). You should refer to all the readings in the text of your paper and use direct quotations and paraphrases from each reading. Each direct quotation and paraphrase should be accompanied with appropriate in-text citations (Harvard referencing style). At the end of the literature review, you should provide a reference list with a full reference entry for each reading. You should ensure that the readings you selected for this assessment do not overlap with the readings used by other members of your group, except for the first reading which should be the same for all group members.
