When you think about the company you work for (or one you have previously worked at), what ways does the metaphor of the brain fit, and where are there disconnections?

Also, discuss how your boss is a “T” shaped manager and in what areas he or she needs to improve.

Make sure you use concepts from your readings in a meaningful manner to support your claims. There is no need to "name" the company or the manager!

Write about the effectiveness of GE's ability to innovate.

Discuss its innovations in new products, services, and operational processes over the past five years.

Explain why GE (General Electric) has been or has not been innovative. Make sure you explain why you have drawn these conclusions. Support your claims with sources.
