When considering the impact culture has on organizational performance, describe cultural indicators within an organization that you are familiar with and how these indicators impact the organization (good/bad; positive/negative). This could be a local organization, a former employer, or a present employer. Discuss the differences in your descriptions and how organizational culture can differ from one organization to another.

Discuss at least four important concepts of culture and how they relate to GE (General Electric). Make sure you explain why you have drawn these conclusions.  Support your claims with sources.
