1.       Describe and discuss where you or someone you know experienced organizational change that (1) worked and (2) did not work. What did they do right and what would you have done differently (in both situations). Support your choices with both internal and external resources

2.       Select a company that has failed or taken 'a fall from grace', such as Blackberry or Nokia, and discuss what they should have done differently from a strategic renewal and transformations perspective.
