1. Forensic Science: Television vs Reality: For this topic you will compare the roles of forensic science professionals seen in media (tv shows, movies,etc.) to what happens in real life. Does the media accurately depict the true role of a forensic scientist? You are free to use examples from different movies and tv shows to convey your thoughts and opinions.

2. Celebration of National Women’s Month: You may choose any of the following women who are known for their contributions to the field of forensic science. You will need to discuss their educational background, what their contributions were and how they’re relevant or beneficial today, you may also write about any challenges they may have faced as a woman in STEM.

3. Research Questions: For the last topic, you can write your essay on either of the following questions. What Is the Effect of Opioids and Other Illegal Drugs on the Forensic Study? OR How Is Digital Forensics a Game-Changer in Solving Homicides?
