In my opinion, employees are indeed entitled to psychological safety at work. When individuals feel secure in expressing themselves without the fear of reprisal, it not only enhances their well-being but also contributes to a more productive and innovative workplace.
Human Resources (HR) plays a pivotal role in supporting psychological safety in organizations:
