Complete an evidenced based clinical project that is meaningful to the population served and the setting in concert with a mindful base retreat. You may also learn new holistic nursing interventions. Evaluating the population served, the practice, and recommending holistic programs or interventions for the clinical setting based on a literature review and research evidence published in peer reviewed journals.

This presentation should be in PowerPoint with (no more than 10 slides)

Here are some guidelines in preparing the slides but you may also use a format of your choice

Slides should include:

Introduce yourself and state the title of the presentation.

State the population that you are serving with your

Introduce the holistic modality (intervention) that you plan to incorporate into the clinical setting and

Give a brief overview and description of the intervention

Provide reasons why you choose this modality and its benefit to the population

Use literature (2 research articles) to support the modality and describe each article by stating:

a) Purpose of the study,

b) research design

c) description of the sample and sample size

d) results

Concluded with a summary.
