Topic: Post crisis communication strategies adopted by British Library and their effectiveness in restoring Public trust. (From Crisis to Recovery)

The main purpose of this research is to identify the crises communication strategies used by library in response to their data hack. I also aim to analyse how these tactics are implemented and their impact evaluation on restoring trust among public.
