Instructions
An essential part of being able to work effectively in today's healthcare environment is being able to cohesively complete a group project while working remotely.

 
In Week 2, you were assigned a Group. As a group you are to complete a project that aligns with Part V: Additional Perspectives on Leadership, including the additional
topics found in the readings. You can choose:

 Inclusive Leadership
 Virtual Leadership
 COVID Leadership or Leadership in a Public Health Emergency/Pandemic
 Any other topic not on this list with pre-approval from faculty

Please create a voiced over PowerPoint Presentation that outlines the important points of your topic for healthcare leaders.
Included should be at least:

 What this topic entails;

 Past/present leadership perspectives and lessons learned; and
 Future leadership needs in this topic.

Your presentation/slide show should contain at least 10-15 slides, not including title slide and reference slide of at least 5 current (within the past 5 years) scholarly
sources. You are required to provide narration for each slide.  Your presentation
should be 10-15 minutes in length.
Please choose one member of the group to submit your final group PowerPoint
Presentation. However, each member of the group will need to complete a Group Work
Rubric (peer review form) form for each of their teammates, and submit individually
within the appropriate Group Work Rubric assignment link.
