Your assignment is as follows:
Create a video that is no more than 5 minutes in length discussing the following:
- What are each of the key issues in this case study?
- Analyze the problems
- Identify two to five key problems
- Why do they exist?
- How do they impact the organization?
- Who is responsible for them?
- What are possible solutions?
- Review course readings, discussions, outside research, your experience.
- Select the best solution
- Consider strong supporting evidence, pros, and cons: is this solution realistic?
Your analysis should be supported by sources (it is acceptable to mention these sources in your video to demonstrate use of outside references).
