A couple weeks ago, prior to our house getting hit by a stomach plague, I began looking into diversity and inclusion plans for hospitals. I started to work on an outline...and thought we could each pick an area we'd like to do for the project to expand upon with research, etc. The way this is broken down, there are 5 sections, which works out well because each of us can take one. I'm happy to do the purpose/intro and aim/conclusion portions in addition to my section. Let me know your thoughts!
