Output
The output from the course is a Research Paper, which is different from a project report. While project
report is to simply report what has been done, Research Paper is to involve research activities such as
reading literature, propose your own design, and solve something that is unknown.
Prerequisite
In the project-based learning on Fridays, you will join a team and develop a project. Note that the project should in a Healthcare context.

How to integrate DevOps (CI and CD pipeline), Agile Development (Scrum), Kanban into the project
you have developed?
Structure of the research paper

1. Introduction (motivation, research objectives, project description)
2. Related work (DevOps, especially CI/CD, Scrum, Kanban)
3. Proposed solution (Pipeline, toolset, and model, and how exactly the proposed pipeline solves the
research question)
4. Discussion (Critical discussion, and feasibility discussion, no need to implement it)
5. Conclusion (Summary of the work)
References (in APA style, academic papers are preferred)

Evaluation for the Research Paper Likert Scale, from 1 to 5, each scale is two points, 50 points in total Relevance (Paper fits to the project) Originality (Newness of the ideas expressed) Solution Quality (Theoretical and design soundness) Significance (Potential impact of the solution) Presentation (Format/Length/English) Binary criteria, 0 or 1, each scale is three points, 18 points in total If abstract and introduction are adequate If the paper contains a solid literature review If the solution is well described from the student If the paper needs to improve critical discussion If conclusions are convincing If references are up-to-date and appropriate Project quality based on the evaluation of project presentation on 24.01.2025, 32 points in total HI members in the same team will get the same points for this part.
Grading scheme
In total there are 100 points for the research paper. Your obtained result out of the 100 points will be
transferred to German Grading system based on https://uol.de/en/students/recognition/abroad, 60
points is the passing line.
