Assignment 3

Instructions: You may work in a group comprising up to 7 students.

Consider your team as a private equity fund that is contemplating acquisition of international commercial real estate assets. This assignment builds on Assignment 2 and comprises several tasks:

1. Identify one commercial real estate asset that you wish to undertake a detailed set of analyses for.

2. Analyze the potential deal in terms of facts and frictions. Additionally, structure solutions.

3. Prepare a set of slides that will facilitate a presentation of the previous points and the reasoning underlying it. This may be beneficial for capital solicitation. Upload this file and any other corresponding files to Canvas. Your fund will present this to the class (who will be imitating LPs) during the lecture following the submission.
