Hello I need help with a project 

I need to identify someone I need to meet with to address an issue in Turkey. Probably the United Nations representative or a stakeholder

This is the document I am questioning. I need talking points and a new brief the one I made is not good enough

If you can prepare a 1 page brief to share and talking points

1.Introduce yourselves - if you are a group of 2, each of you introduce yourself.
2.Thank the stakeholder for meeting with you.
3.Introduce your concerns
Mention anything positive.... what has been done to date to address the concerns raised... be it at city/town/state or national levels of interventions. 4.You need to highlight something if at all possible.
Take a pause here.... remember it is a conversation also... so, see if they would like to respond in any way... their thoughts/add etc.
5. Get to the gaps you want to address.... what you are seeing from the lens of your organization/coalition.
6. Give the stakeholder space to respond.... You need to think of probing questions here... have them ready incase the stakeholder is not so forthcoming.... how can you engage? What would you do if they get defensive? Remember key is DIPLOMACY!!! You have to stay calm :-)
7. Have an agenda to move forward... next steps. How can you continue to engage this stakeholder going forward?
