For AI-generated content, clearly state the AI model used (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini), the version (if known), and the date of your query. Clearly identify which portions of your presentation use AI-generated material.
- Verification: You must critically assess and verify the accuracy of all AI-generated information. Do not rely on AI for factual statements without independent verification.
- Declaration: You must declare your AI usage and the extent of its use, as per the University's AI usage policy.
Unauthorised use of AI-generated material is considered academic misconduct.
Ethical Guidelines for AI Use:
- Be transparent about AI use, distinguishing between human-generated and AI-generated content.
- Verify the accuracy, relevance, and appropriateness of AI-generated information.
- Address potential biases and limitations of AI tools (e.g., citation errors, implicit bias).
- Use AI responsibly, adhering to University policies and ethical guidelines, including intellectual property and data protection.
Referencing Legal Sources in your Presentation:
While a formal OSCOLA bibliography is not required, you must clearly attribute the legal sources you use within your presentation. Specifically, in your presentation, refer to:
