Use the following scenario of a patient who has tested positive for COVID 19 and is symptomatic.
Mrs.  Johnson is 45 years old with a history of asthma and a myocardial infarction 3 years ago. She has a history of congestive heart failure, and she is a smoker who smokes one pack of cigarettes per day.  She was admitted to the hospital for chest pain, fever, and shortness of breath, and generalized right sided weakness.   Her BMI is 38.  Recently she attended a family gathering over Memorial Day with about 30 people. Her vital signs are 100.8-88-26 B/P 188/90, Pulse Oximetry is 88% on room air.  She tested positive for COVID 19 three days ago. Develop a care plan based on this information. Add assessment findings that you would anticipate if not listed in this case study.
